Sculptra Aesthetic is used to correct shallow to deep facial wrinkles and folds, including:

• Smile lines (nasolabial folds) — the deep folds between the nose and mouth

What to Expect / The Sculptra Difference

What: Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), diluted with sterile water, injected deep into selected areas of the face to restore volume and stimulate collagen.

Where: Primarily the cheeks and temples, but also other selected facial regions based on your individual anatomy and goals.

When: Results are gradual and build over multiple treatments spaced approximately 6 weeks apart. Most patients require 3–4 treatment sessions. Because results develop over time, each session allows Dr. Gladstone to further tailor and sculpt based on how your face is responding.
